Arm Warmer Pattern!
I am absolutely addicted to making and wearing arm warmers!
So here it is, my very easy pattern for crocheting arm warmers.
I used a 4.25 mm hook, and Caron Simply Soft yarn in Plum Wine and Dark Country Blue
To begin, Ch 9
Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and in every stitch for the row(8 stitches)
Ch 1, turn, single crochet in the back loops of every stitch(Should have 8 stitches in every row for the band).
repeat until the band has a total of 35 rows.
Fold band in half, holding ends together and join by slip stitching across. (Do not cut off yarn)
NOTE: If you require more rows in order for the band to fit your forearm, the amount of single crochets in the next row will be the same amount as the number of rows)
Ch 1, single crochet at the ends of each row(35 stitches)
Switch colors
Ch 3, double crochet in the same stitch as ch 3 and every stitch for the row
repeat until you have 10 rows of double crochet.
Crochet another band of the same size as the first
Ch 1, single crochet row(35 st)
Join the second band to the last row of double crochet(10th row) by whip stitching it together
Repeat to create another arm warmer.
If you prefer stripes simply change colors every 2 rows of double crochet.
I hope this pattern was helpful! :)
Sincerely,
Evelyn
